Might see if this can be cleaned up again somtime ...
Vasilis Kaoutsis started off our time with a series of style patches for various applications.
For the first time I can remember we saw the removal of an item from the disk image: the ACPI module, as it does not currently offer the user anything while adding a number of problems (Such as spawning threads from interrupt handlers).
The network preference app now includes a services tab which one will be able to play with new services under the new netstack, this is essentially our own version of inetd. No explicit news of servers defaultly available at this time however.
Users of network booting will be happy with progress in the PXE bootloader. The first BIOS calls have been successfully made and the UDNI ethernet interface now appears to receive frames!
Nielx continued work on the BeBook with documentation on a number of support classes, including Archivable/Flattenable and parts of String, being converted/added to docbook. Many more skeletons for classes were added as well. In other documentation news Darkwyrm continued his excellent 'Haiku User Guide' with additional chapters pertaining to archives (Think zip, tar, gz, etc) and all aspects of setup and use of email.
